  • Free initial phone consultation

  • On-call support from the moment I am hired through the birthing of your baby

  • 1-2 comprehensive prenatal visits in your home

  • Continuous in-person support during active labor at your place of birthing

  • Immediate postpartum support as well as initiation of breastfeeding (if desired)

  • Birth vision planning (also available as a stand alone service)

  • One postpartum visit in your home

  • Continued text/phone/email support for the first 6 weeks postpartum

  • Access to my resources on pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, and parenting.

  • Amateur photography and video by me during your birthing (if desired)

  • Coordination for placenta encapsulation and postpartum doula support

Natural, unmedicated birth.

Transformation (otherwise known as transition)… does not have to be hard! For me- all I needed was a fan and my sweet husbands hands for a little counter-pressure. Despite my babe being OA, I only had back pressure. They say that’s a sign of a posterior (or sunny-side up babe- but not for me)! Just another example of how we do not fit into one tiny box.

Go Team! This is what it means to have a doula- she brought the fan, hubby assisted with counter-pressure. I did the rest ;)
